This course objective was to help hiring managers adapt better social media behaviors. Rather than dump content into a “text and next” format, I recreated an artificial social media platform to serve as the entire course interface. Characters in the course present information in a more social and engaging way. Instead of just reading content, the learner can watch videos (and the characters alter their responses depending on if the learner gave the video a thumbs up or down), take fun quizzes, and more. Any video the learner watched is added to the right for future reference.
